Clients may required two or three Care Associates to work as a team, assisting patients in need of 24 hour care, and may also request live-in, non-medical home care, provided that both the client and the Care Associate meet specific eligibility requirements.

Mandatory Background Checks

All employees are required to complete and pass a successful background check, drug-test, and mandatory training prior to working with clients, and attend in-services throughout their employment to ensure legal compliance.
